Location: Monticello, IN Salary: $60,000.00 USD Annually - $65,000.00 USD Annually Description: One of our clients is currently seeking a production supervisor for their facility located in a rural part of northern Indiana. The Production Supervisor is responsible for the daily performance of the production floor, including safety, food safety, quality, productivity, staffing, and employee performance . We need a leader who is comfortable being on the floor, working directly with employees, solving problems, and keeping production on schedule.
