About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing composite materials solutions for various industries.Responsibilities
- Designing composite material formulations and processes
- Conducting research and development on new composite materials
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions
- Testing and validating composite materials under various conditions
- Documenting and presenting findings to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in composite materials design and development
- Strong understanding of polymer chemistry and mechanics
- Experience with composite material testing and analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of composite manufacturing processes
- Experience with finite element analysis (FEA)
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
