Production Superintendent

About the role

Lead daily operations of the Benzoates plant to safely and efficiently execute the production schedule. Monitor operating conditions and adjust priorities based on equipment, raw materials, and staffing to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise operators by setting clear expectations for safety, performance, and operating discipline. Provide daily direction, coaching, and feedback while reinforcing consistency and accountability.
• Prioritize maintenance activities based on production needs, equipment criticality, and operational risk. Coordinate with Maintenance and Reliability Engineering to address recurring issues, reduce unplanned downtime, and execute maintenance priorities effectively.
