Production Stager

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:00 pm
2nd Shift: “Week A” Monday–Thursday 3:00 pm–12:00 am, Friday 3:00 pm–7:00 pm; “Week B” Monday–Thursday 3:00 pm–1:00 am

About the role

As a Screen Print Production Stager, you supply the embroidery machines with raw product that becomes customers’ orders. You interpret work orders and job aids, pull orders from staging, ensure machines have sufficient inventory, use RF scanners to track orders, and collaborate with the production team to keep orders and screens updated. You may also assist in shipping and help in other areas when time allows.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders from staging to ensure machines have enough non-screen-printed product and screens to avoid delays.
• Use RF scanners to manage inventory and track orders.
• Work with the production team to update orders and screens.
• Assist in shipping as needed.
• Participate in training and seek professional development.
• Help in other areas when time allows.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (4imprint will support earning equivalency within the first year of employment).
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with quality control preferred.
• Ability to process alphanumeric data quickly and accurately.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role (see physical requirements form).

Work Environment

• Drug-free workplace; pre-employment drug test screens for marijuana (THC), cocaine metabolites, phencyclidine, amphetamines, and opiate metabolites.
• Position is located at 4imprint, Appleton, WI.
