PRODUCTION SPICE - OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive tasks to box bottles and gravy packets by adhering to established methods, company specifications and quality objectives.
• Execute preparatory duties such as setup of work area.
• Routinely observe machine operation, informing appropriate personnel of malfunctions and/or safety concerns.
• Conduct product/packing inspection.
• Maintain clean work area by completing general clean-up tasks as required.
• Abide by standard work procedures and job safety standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Support Quality, Sanitation, and Production in developing the desired company culture.
• Support Our Recipe by demonstrating a positive, team-oriented and customer focused attitude.

Performance Standards

• Production: Abide by standard work procedures and job safety standards. Complete tasks with a sense of urgency to meet or exceed production deadlines. Ability to work well with team members. Possess a strong attention to detail to prevent errors. Ability to effectively work at line speeds in accordance with company production standards.
• Attendance: Minimal missed shifts. Open communication with department supervisor.
• Culture Building: Organizational Health KPIs. KPIs for OurRecipe. Leadership and contribution to overall success of SBIPersonal Effectiveness-meeting timelines and productivity requirements (quantity and quality of work). Personal interaction, communication, and teamwork with internal and external parties, consistent with OurRecipe@SauerBrands.

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma, A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.
