About the role

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Production Specialist L1 in our Meknes plant.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and adjust production capacity according to customer demand.
• Monitor daily production performance and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Prepare manpower and hiring plans based on production requirements.
• Analyze absenteeism and support actions to maintain workforce availability.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, EHS, PPE, and 5S standards.
• Monitor internal defects and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in customer complaint analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support and coach Section Leaders to achieve production targets.
• Monitor WIP and scrap performance to achieve plant objectives.
• Follow up on ProdMon Usage Performance Levels (1–4) to ensure 100% system utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• State Engineering Degree or Master's Degree (Bachelor's +5 / Bac+5) in one of the following fields:
  • Computer Science
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Languages: Fluent in both French and English.
