Production Specialist I, Simms

About the role

We’re hiring two Production Specialist I team members to join our Wader Maker Team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn a specialized trade and be part of the team that produces the finest waders in the fishing market. We’re willing to train the right candidates, especially those who bring attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent attention to craftsmanship during repetitive tasks
• Communicate effectively with teammates, leads, and supervisors
• Clean and maintain machines and workspaces
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Embrace cross-training and teamwork
• Proactively communicate about production needs or issues
• Thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a fast-paced or production environment preferred
• Manufacturing, sewing, or assembly experience is a plus, but not required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred

Pay

Hourly Rate: $17.80 - $20.20
