Production Manager
Description
The Production Manager will manage the day-to-day operations, including safety policies, production, personnel, housekeeping, shipping & maintenance for our Springfield MA corrugated sheet plant. You will serve as a member of the leadership team and partner with the general manager and business unit resources to provide direction for our 100-employee union and non-union workforce, ensuring we meet our customers' needs safely with the highest quality product. You will also serve as a coach to team members and assist in the development and evaluation of direct reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university; or 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in a high speed, fast paced industrial environment, preferably with no redundancy of equipment.
- 5 years of leadership experience, packaging manufacturing is valued.

- Ability to work in fast paced JIT (just-in-time) manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated expertise in process management to ensure production efficiency

Pay
The salary range for this position is $110,625.00 - $184,375.00, depending on your role, level, and location. The range listed is also the expected pay for roles in Illinois and Colorado.
Schedule
This position is located at our Springfield, MA Corrugated Container facility. Relocation is available for the right candidate.
