Production Specialist

About the role

The Production Specialist will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring quality control, and maintaining production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supports the manufacturing process by assisting with setup, operation, and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Maintains quality control by inspecting products for defects and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Maintains production schedules by coordinating with team members and managing inventory levels.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the production process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of quality control procedures and documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with basic industrial machinery and equipment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay

$18 - $20 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
