About the role
The Production Specialist will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring quality control, and maintaining production schedules.
Responsibilities
- Supports the manufacturing process by assisting with setup, operation, and troubleshooting of production equipment.
- Maintains quality control by inspecting products for defects and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Maintains production schedules by coordinating with team members and managing inventory levels.
- Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the production process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of quality control procedures and documentation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with basic industrial machinery and equipment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay
$18 - $20 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
