About the role

As a Production Specialist, your role will be crucial to our team at Netting Pros. You will provide quality netting, equipment, wall padding, and products through the highest level of customer service. This position may involve assisting in the design, planning, fabrication, assembly, installation, and implementation of field, facility, and stadium projects, with potential work hours on local job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, planning, fabrication, assembly, installation, and implementation of field, facility, and stadium projects.
• Work some hours on local job sites at various fields, facilities, and stadiums.
• Ensure adherence to Loss Prevention policies and procedures; proactively identify trends to reduce waste and maximize profits.
• Problem-solve customer issues as a leader.
• Stay informed and engaged with any open projects among your team.
