About the role

InfoSend is a family-owned print and mail manufacturing company with over 30 years of success serving clients nationwide. We offer a stable, team-oriented environment where employees can build long-term careers and make a direct impact. We are seeking a Production Specialist to join our Operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Cook and prepare projects for printing and mailing
  • Operate high-speed laser inkjet printing equipment
  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to client specifications
  • Inspect files and printed materials for defects, formatting issues, fonts, image resolution concerns, and other quality problems
  • Follow established quality control and machine operating procedures
  • Properly stage, acclimate, load, and change paper rolls as needed
  • Reprint damaged or defective documents when necessary
  • Perform routine operator-level maintenance and cleaning on production equipment
  • Communicate with Client Services, Sales, IT, and Operations teams to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Maintain professional relationships with vendors and service providers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Cross-train and provide support in Manual Fulfillment, Print Production, and Mail Inserting departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced production environment
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows applications
  • Ability to work independently while contributing as a team member
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable
  • Able to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
  • Able to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 45 pounds
  • Able to push and move heavy materials using pallet jacks, carts, or dollies

Qualifications

  • No prior print or mail experience is required
  • We encourage candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, machine operation, or production backgrounds to apply
  • We provide training for individuals with strong work ethic and a willingness to learn

Schedule

  • Regular schedule: Monday through Friday 1:00pm-9:30pm
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Occasional Saturday work may be required
