Production Specialist

Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities

• Sorts, inspects, and stocks donated goods
• Optimizes the value of donations
• Mets minimum Units Per Hour (UPH) and production effectiveness expectations
• Responsible for exercising due care in the performance of job tasks
• Exerts up to 100lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 50lbs of force frequently, and/or up to 20lbs of force constantly to move objects

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to display a positive, friendly attitude to maintain a positive work environment
• Mathematical and literacy skills to support job duties
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Criminal background check that meets agency standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Light manufacturing, Donation, warehouse work experience, or certification
• Prior thrift or used goods Donation experience
• High school diploma, GED, HiSET, or equivalent
