Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities
- Sorts, inspects, and stocks donated goods
- Optimizes the value of donations
- Mets minimum Units Per Hour (UPH) and production effectiveness expectations
- Responsible for exercising due care in the performance of job tasks
- Exerts up to 100lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 50lbs of force frequently, and/or up to 20lbs of force constantly to move objects
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to display a positive, friendly attitude to maintain a positive work environment
- Mathematical and literacy skills to support job duties
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Criminal background check that meets agency standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Light manufacturing, Donation, warehouse work experience, or certification
- Prior thrift or used goods Donation experience
- High school diploma, GED, HiSET, or equivalent
