About the role
Are you passionate about solving business challenges with technology? Do you enjoy helping customers improve the way they work while partnering with sales teams to design the right solution? Konica Minolta is looking for a Production Solutions Consultant to serve as the production print expert supporting customers throughout the Carolinas and surrounding territory.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Executives to identify production print opportunities
- Evaluate customer workflows and recommend solutions that improve productivity
- Conduct workflow assessments, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept presentations
- Design production print solutions and assist with implementation
- Create Statements of Work and support initial workflow configuration
- Serve as the production print subject matter expert throughout the sales process
- Build long-term relationships with customers while helping grow production print business
What We're Looking For
- Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Production print or commercial printing
- Print shop or sign shop operations
- Graphic communications
- Production workflow software
- IT or software consulting
- Solutions architecture
- Sales engineering
- Production equipment support
If you don't have direct production print experience but have a strong technical background and enjoy learning new technologies, we'd still like to hear from you. Comprehensive training is available for the right candidate.
