Key Areas Of Responsibility
- Finished good (Battery cell) shipment control
- Making sure customer stock levels and orders are met
- Planning finished good shipping schedules (creating shipping orders)
- Ensuring timely shipments following FIFO rules and proper packing
- Monitoring transportation and arrival statuses
- Checking the status of logistic outsourcing companies (manpower, equipment, facility status)
- Periodic audits and evaluations of logistic outsourcing companies
- Communicating with customers about supply issues
- Ensuring on-time finished good shipments and arrivals at customers
- Daily monitoring of incoming and outgoing company packages (MRO)
- Empty packaging replenishment control
- Communication with production team about empty packaging issues
- Inventory control (finished goods and packaging)
- Daily cycle counts for suspicious system stocks
- Periodic physical stock inventories for finished goods and team assets
- Analyzing stock discrepancies and setting improvement plans
- Quarantine and release management for NCM inventory
- Inventory accuracy and audits
- Other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Education: 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience: Above 5 years of logistics experience
- Qualifications/Certifications/Licenses: Ability to operate computerized inventory systems, highly organized, strong attention to accuracy and detail
- Language Skills: Must be able to read and understand instructions in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer Skills: Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Physical Requirements
- Office Environment: Must wear company-provided uniforms
- Production Site: Must wear company-provided uniform and PPE including safety shoes, helmet, safety glasses, and portable gas measuring device
- Risks: Noise (above 90 dB in compressor room), high temperatures (104–122°F in various rooms), potential exposure to hazardous materials (heating medium oil, NMP, water treatment chemicals)
