Production Shift Supervisor-Nights

Essential Functions

• Lead team by demonstrating a commitment to everyone's safety in the workplace.
• Plan, assign, and direct work activities to meet production schedules.
• Monitor operator workload and/or utilization.
• Audit and submit daily updated production report.
• Troubleshoot for quality and efficiency optimization.
• Suggest and promote continuous improvement ideas.
• Conduct necessary coaching and counseling of employees including leading or participating in the progressive disciplinary process.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Requires 3-5 years' supervisory experience.
• Prefers 3-5 years' experience in plastics (injection molding), but not required.
• Must be able to pass a background check, physical and drug screen.
