Production Shift Supervisor - Night Shift

About the role

This role supports the Marvin Composites Pultrusion plant in Fargo, ND by leading the culture of a production shift and delivering results across safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop associates and assign work for effective shift performance.
• Drive results across key metrics including safety, quality, productivity, retention, and turnover.
• Support associate’s progression through the Skill Level Development program.
• Lead by example as a visible and accountable leader on the floor.

Requirements

• Three or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• A two-year degree or higher (both preferred).

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively lead and support your team.
• Analytical ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership skills guiding and supporting a team.

Pay

$68,000 - $95,000 Plus, earn Night & Weekend shift premiums

Schedule

12hr Rotating Day Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:45 AM

Week 1 (36hrs): Sun, Wed, Thur

Week 2 (48hrs): Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat
