Responsibilities Production Section Leader: Oversee daily production operations of the energy storage container assembly line, ensuring production plans are met on scheduleAllocate line personnel effectively, conduct daily shift meetings, assign tasks and track progressEnforce 5S management and safety protocols on the shop floor, ensuring zero safety incidentsDrive lean manufacturing initiatives to continuously optimize processes, improve line efficiency and yield ratesCoordinate resolution of production anomalies (materials, equipment, quality), escalating and following up as neededResponsible for operator training, performance evaluation, and team development Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields5+ years of manufacturing production management experience; background in energy storage container, or sheet metal/welding industry preferredFamiliar with lean manufacturing and IE methodologies; capable of line layout and workforce planningStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressureProficient in Office applications and ERP/MES systems Why work with Minth?
