Responsibilities
- Daily management of Project Management Team, staffing, expectations, output, and improvements
- Facilitates the Scope of Work expectation(s) with the sales team to develop the deliverable(s) and create timelines, allowing for the assignment of a Project Manager
- Works closely with the Department managers and leads to maintain clear and concise direction for each project
- Develops continuous improvement plans with the project managers by way of Mid-Year and Year-End Reviews/Goal creation and measures performance based on metrics aligning with company goals
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Fosters a culture that values family, innovation, collaboration, and empowerment
- Follows all safety and workplace policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, Production Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering
- 5-7 years of experience in Management/Supervisory duties, Business Communication, and/or Project/Account Management
- Experience with vendor relationships, required execution, statements of work, and terms
- Experienced in design intent, engineering, material or production planning, supply chain planning, production control, inventory, or warehouse management
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills to effectively interface with production, customer service, and management with the ability to prioritize work activities based on the needs of business
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self, and affect short-term and some long-term business goals
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills
- Ability to understand/interpret, analyze, and troubleshoot information related to production scheduling
- Ability to handle multiple tasks along with excellent time management skills and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision or management
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Mac computers and the use of computer programs including Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, as well as knowledge and practical application of MRP/ERP system(s)
- Ability to demonstrate and apply workplace values
- Flexibility to travel between multiple PD locations

Pay
$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 / year
