What We Do

Stahls’ DFC (Decorating Fulfillment Center) is dedicated to providing the world's largest selection of embellishment materials and methods, including embroidery, digital printing, and heat seal. Our experienced staff offers exceptional customer service, and we serve as official decorators and event merchandisers for many professional sports leagues and organizations.

Qualifications

  • The Scheduling Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing operation schedules to ensure timely completion of decorated goods while optimizing workflow and capacity. This role oversees scheduling, administrative, and customer coordination functions and works closely with Production, QA, and Operations leadership to align customer demand with manufacturing capability.

  • This position supports continuous improvement efforts, monitors production capacity, coordinates order flow from intake through fulfillment, and ensures clear communication across departments. It provides operational insight and recommendations while supporting company objectives through effective execution and team leadership.

  • The Scheduling Supervisor assists management by providing scheduling data, capacity insights, and operational recommendations to support short- and long-term operation goals. They participate in the development and maintenance of production-related policies and procedures that support company objectives.

  • The Scheduling Supervisor identifies workflow improvement opportunities and provides input regarding scheduling impacts related to equipment, staffing, or process changes. They provide operational input to optimize production resources and scheduling efficiency.

  • The Scheduling Supervisor assists with supply chain for efficient and effective inventory management. They coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Receiving to ensure materials are available to support production schedules. They assist with inventory flow and rotation to optimize stock levels and minimize scrap, rework, or delays.

  • The Scheduling Supervisor assists with maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations. They coordinate activities with Production, Customer Service, QA, Warehouse, Receiving, and Inventory personnel to support on-time production and delivery. They communicate schedule changes, priorities, and risks clearly to all affected departments.

  • The Scheduling Supervisor maintains accurate scheduling records, reports, and documentation. They stay informed of developments and best practices in production planning and scheduling. They support audits, special projects, and operational initiatives as assigned by management.
