About the role

The Production Scheduler II - Controls position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient production processes within the manufacturing facility. This role involves coordinating shifts, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift schedules and ensure adherence to production timelines.
• Monitor and adjust production schedules based on real-time data and feedback from operators.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of production schedules and employee work hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production scheduling or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze production data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for scheduling and analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial control systems and automation.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other scheduling software.
