What will make you successful?

• Required Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Associate degree preferred, 5-10 years of manufacturing experience, background in scheduling, understanding of Extrusion process, above average Oracle and computer skills, desire for cross-functional development, and future advancement.

What you will be doing

• Ensure safety requirements are followed.
• Schedule orders to meet process start date requirements.
• Identify and address problems to ensure orders flow through operations.
• Complete daily reporting tasks including press condition, log availability, resource planning, staffing reviews, late order status, attainment processes, and update job router bins.
• Provide feedback to leadership on staffing, material, and work availability.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Complete cross-training in all SCM processes.
• Provide flexible overtime coverage as needed.
