Production Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Cook with various departments, including procurement, production, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Insert Sales Order Demand into NetSuite/Netstock for rolling 24-month with Planned Work Orders MPS VS S&OP.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or production capacity.
• Cook with Production, Engineering, Conveyance or Quality on all Engineering Changes or Quality issues.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement in scheduling processes.
• Responsible for Production Schedule of Customer Orders for each week.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding production status and any potential issues.
• Assisting purchasing with new product development projects for packaging and raw materials with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production scheduling or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems that may cover NetSuite, SAP, ORACLE, etc.
• Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
