What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain daily and short-term production schedules across multiple production lines.
- Adjust schedules based on production performance, material availability, and changing priorities.
- Sequence production activities to maximize efficiency and throughput.
- Participate in daily planning meetings and communicate schedule updates.
- Identify risks to production schedules and customer delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Client Services teams to align production plans.
- Support prioritization of urgent customer orders and changing business needs.
- Maintain accurate scheduling data and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing operations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with data-driven tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or similar production environments preferred.
- Understanding of capacity planning, production constraints, and operational workflows.
