About the Role
Plan and coordinate various aspects of live events. Reports to Production Manager. Duties include:
- Transportation of crew to and from airports, hotels, stores, etc before, during and after shows
- Purchasing various products/materials required at local stores (Home Depot, Lowe's, Target, Walmart, Whole Foods, Guitar Center)
- Facilitating crew meal orders with local restaurants
- Cooking and cash reconciliation
- Miscellaneous work on an as needed basis
Personal Requirements
- Good driving record and fully insured with active Driver’s License
- At least 21 years of age
- Personal vehicle not required, but strongly encouraged
- Highly flexible and able to work long hours
- Knowledge of surrounding areas including restaurants and local stores
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and possess problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, extremely responsible, and have a positive attitude
- Show complete discretion about work
Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma/GED
- Four-year degree in telecommunications-related field preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate both in written and verbal forms in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Physical Demands/Working Environment
The working environment is fast-paced and often loud and stressful. The position requires extended periods of prolonged standing, lifting, bending, reaching, and working on your feet. Tolerance of loud noise levels is required. Must be able to wear a radio earpiece during the scheduled shift.

Expected Compensation
The expected compensation for this position is $16.37 USD - $20.00 USD per hour. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
