Production Release Coordinator

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are seeking a Control Room Support Coordinator to join our Release and Environment Management (REM) team. This role involves monitoring and tracking overall progress against plans, including testing, deployment checklists, milestones, upgrades, environment refreshes, dress rehearsals, cutover activities, checkpoint calls/notes, and handling ad-hoc requests across domestic and international ledgers and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work in either AM or PM shifts and provide weekend support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track overall progress against plans for releases and environment management.
• Oversee testing, deployment checklists, milestones, and upgrades.
• Manage environment refreshes, dress rehearsals, and cutover activities.
• Document checkpoint calls and notes.
• Handle ad-hoc requests related to domestic and international ledgers and regulatory reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in automation to streamline tasks and reduce manual intervention.
• Knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, development, testing, and production support.
• Familiarity with Jira.
• Familiarity with Python.
