Production Racker - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work orders
• Safely handle customer products and tooling to prevent damage
• Perform visual inspections of parts before processing
• Record production information accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and chemicals

Requirements

• Entry-level candidates welcome — no prior manufacturing experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
• Ability to read and understand work orders and safety instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Qualifications

• Hands-on, fast-paced general labor position in a manufacturing environment

Skills

• Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs
• Exposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipment
• Work around sharp parts, heavy carts, and process lines
• Use of hearing protection and other safety equipment

Pay

Starting at $18.00/hour + $1.25 shift differential + Performance/Pay Review after 90 days

Schedule

1000 PM - 600 AM, Monday-Friday. Occasional Saturdays as needed
