Production Racker 2nd Shift
About the role
As a Production Racker, you'll prepare metal parts for the plating and metal-finishing process. You'll attach parts to specialized racks before processing, remove them afterward, inspect and handle parts carefully, and follow work instructions that tell you how each job needs to be completed. Some parts may be large; others may be extremely small. The work can be repetitive, and production pace matters—but so does quality. If you like staying busy, working with your hands and seeing what you've accomplished at the end of the day, this may be a good fit. We're looking for dependable people who like hands-on work, can follow instructions, take pride in doing a job correctly, and want an opportunity to earn, learn and become more valuable. No metal finishing or plating experience is required; we'll train the right person.
