Responsibilities

• Maintain hands-on involvement in Java or .NET development as needed.
• Foster Agile methodologies, SDLC, and SLA compliance across projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple software engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with Java or .NET programming (5+ years).
• Expertise in cloud architecture and DevOps.
• Fluency in English with outstanding communication skills.
• Proficiency in Agile, SDLC, or SLA frameworks.
• AWS and TDD experience is a plus but not mandatory.
