Production Quality Lab Technician
About the role
The QC Lab Technician role is on 2nd shift, from 2:00pm - 10:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Follow standard test methods and procedures to ensure accurate results
- Record and analyze test data and report findings
- Verify that products meet quality specifications and standards
- Support troubleshooting and investigation of quality issues
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration
- Document results and maintain accurate lab records
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Communicate results and issues to Production and Quality teams
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment
Requirements
- Average of 0–3 years of experience in a laboratory or quality control role
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field preferred
- Experience in chemical or manufacturing environments is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic data analysis and documentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
