About the role
The Project /Program Manager is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within budget, scope, and schedule requirements. Projects vary across multiple areas of the Manufacturing BU, including new product development, product upgrades, quality improvements, cost-out initiatives, and efficiency improvements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document project goals and KPI’s/metrics and report on the status of the projects on a periodic basis.
- Lead the identification and mitigation of risks.
- Work as part of a cohesive team whose goal is to design and deliver innovative products and services to customers that exceed customers’ expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant work experience in product development and /ormanufacturing environment.
- Current PMP Certification or prepared to actively pursue.
- 3+ Years’ demonstrated Project Management ability in a manufacturing or construction industry.
- Knowledge of ERP (IFS or SAP preferred) and CAD systems(AutoCad preferred).
- Very strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to solve difficult coordination problems and provide structure to situations where only limited (or conflicting) information exists.
- Strong computer software skills, especially Microsoft Office, Project, and Word and Excel.
Qualifications
