Production - Production Manager

About the role

In this role, you will lead and develop construction foremen, installers, logistics, and warehouse teams.

Compensation

$105,000–$115,000 + up to 30% bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of construction foremen and installers
• Oversee logistics and warehouse teams
• Perform regular jobsite inspections for coaching opportunities on issues of quality and safety
• Communicate with customers as needed to ensure they have a remarkable experience with our company
• Provide our team with a great place to work

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in construction or business preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a foreman/manager in the construction trades
• Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to reach and exceed business goals
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective coaching plans that drive employee growth and accountability
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and service excellence across all production activities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
