Production Processing Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate the Homogenizer and Pasteurizer
• Maintain and monitor equipment for quality checks
• Follow good manufacturing practices and housekeeping guidelines
• Wear designated personal protective equipment and meet OSHA safety requirements
• May perform in other general labor positions as needed
• Work overtime and weekends as required

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout shift
• Excellent communication skills
• Weekend/overtime and/or holiday work is required

Qualifications

• Passionate about feeding the world
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule/Shifts

• 2nd Shift: 2PM - 10:30PM
• 3rd Shift: 10PM – 6:30AM
• 12 Hour Nights: 6PM - 6:15AM

Pay

• Up to $30.47 per hour
