About the role
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the Clinical Operations department is optimally staffed and equipped to meet the demands of patch interpretation. This position combines expertise in workforce planning, production forecasting, performance analysis, and scheduling to drive efficiency, quality, and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day oversight and logistics of Clinical Production queues to ensure efficient flow of outputs.
- Ensure smooth flow in the Clinical Escalation process, handling expedited requests to post reports in a timely manner.
- Monitor the Clinical Queue using Tableau Dashboards and the QA tool, promptly addressing issues to maintain smooth operations.
- Perform aging scan triage and reallocate tasks to post within company SLAs.
- Monitor Special accounts to ensure scans stay within designated queues for appropriate Patch Technician completion, eliminating leakage.
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Leadership to identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to enhance departmental efficiency and workflow.
- Provide valuable feedback on systems or concerns to Clinical Managers, contributing to continuous improvement and operations optimization.
- Adhere rigorously to job-specific proficiency requirements and fulfill all assigned duties while maintaining high performance and professionalism standards.
Requirements
- An associate degree or equivalent coursework; two years of college coursework is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
