Production Planning Engineer

About the role

Responsible for making electronic products SMT or assembly production planning and shipping plans, coordinating cross-departmental resources (HC arrangement/line readiness/material supply), ensuring on-time delivery and improving production capacity efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Production and Shipping Planning
  • Monitor the production progress of key processes like mobile phone mainboards and assembly, and adjust schedules in real time to handle urgent orders or abnormal fluctuations.
  • Monitor the delivery process, import/export matters, and adjust schedules in real time to handle urgent orders or abnormal fluctuations, achieving shipping goals.
  • Lead production meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, and promote priority adjustments.
  • Inventory Management
  • Capacity Planning and Optimization
  • Drive the optimization of ERP/MRP system (such as SAP) scheduling modules to enhance automated scheduling efficiency.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration
  • Strong sense of responsibility, with a strong team spirit, and able to balance team work distribution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics.
  • 3 years of work experience in the electronics industry.

Skills

  • Familiarity with SAP/ERP system.
  • Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint office software.
  • Fluent in English. Proficiency in Spanish or Vietnamese is preferred.

Qualifications
