Basic Qualifications
Minimum 1 years experience combined in the following: Manufacturing Production Planning Engineering Aviation / aerospace production, maintenance, and/or modification Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents Experience writing manufacturing work instructions or technical documents Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
What You Will Be Doing
- Authors and maintains the planning of various manufacturing processes including fabrication, assembly, and installation relating to a specific build area.
- Creates work instructions for unscheduled production tasks (Deficiency Reports).
- Maintains aircraft configuration management by controlling Manufacturing Bill of Materials and incorporating engineering changes into the planning.
- Reviews completed work for accuracy and policy coherence.
- Attends regular Production meetings, provides customer support, and works closely with cross-functional groups.

Desired Skills
- C-130, F-35, F-16, or Machine Shop experience preferred
- Engineering degree / experience preferred
- Experience interfacing with customer
- Experience performing cross-functional work
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Experience conducting training
- Experience with manufacturing bills of materials (MBOM) or configuration management
- Greenbelt certified or familiar with continuous improvement frameworks (A3, 6S, Lean)
- Experience with the following software a PLUS: Solumina, MTO, CAPP, SFM, SAP, Apriso
