Basic Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electronic components, and manufacturing processes.
• Able to write comprehensive manufacturing work instructions.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise in manufacturing.
• Proficient in general computer skills (MS Office Suite Software).

Desired Skills

• 2 years of aerospace or defense manufacturing experience.
• Hands on experience with solder, wiring, bonding, and other electronics assembly processes.
• Familiarity of industry standards for electronic assembly requirements such as the IPC J-STD-001.
• Familiarity with SAP/VE-CAMS (Qnotes, Fabrication Plans, BOMs).
• Experience with rate manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean or SixSigma concepts.
• Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly motivated, strong work ethic, and able to build effective working relationships with others to accomplish complex team objectives.
