Responsibilities

• Reports to the Production Planning Manager; part of the Production Planning team in Cortland, NY; on‑site role.
• Develop production/supply plans that account for forecasts, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.
• Identify and maintain appropriate planning parameters in ERP systems to optimize subassembly production and raw material supply plans.
• Develop production schedules to provide on‑time delivery of finished goods for customer orders.
• Review part requirements generated by MRP or Kanban triggers and use Pall’s Enterprise System (SAP) to evaluate component material requirements for internal manufacturing consumption and external customer orders.
• Release manufacturing production orders and communicate effectively with operations personnel and supervisors on schedule delays, customer expedites or cancellations, and schedule attainment concerns.
• Provide production lead times based on material lead times, production capacity, and capability.
