Responsibilities
- Cook up and balance supply and demand.
- Evaluate work center capacity and material supply to draft detailed production plans to achieve high levels of schedule adherence.
- Collaborate closely with production and customer service to plan and prioritize operations to meet customer needs on time and maximize performance, taking into account resources needed and available, to meet financial goals simultaneously.
- Drive and orchestrate daily production meetings.
- Analyze substantial amounts of data to devise strategies for ongoing improvement.
- Review, update, and/or rectify SAP material master or configurations.
- Ensure delivery reliability, schedule adherence, and cost-saving/productivity initiatives for the site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred, but candidates with other degrees may be considered based on experience.
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalency is a minimum requirement.
- Two or more years of experience in a production role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
Qualifications
- Licensed to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis.
Skills
- APICS Certification is a plus.
- Leverage Lean Manufacturing experience.
- Expertise in Microsoft Access.
- Knowledge of Excel Macros.
Pay
$66,973 - $114,811 annually
