Production Planner - Electronics Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Manage production schedules, demand planning, and inventory levels
• Support assembly, testing, and supply chain coordination
• Work cross-functionally with procurement, engineering, and production teams
• Balance production demand, material availability, and deadlines
• Implement and promote Lean/continuous improvement principles
• Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of production planning in electronics or manufacturing
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems
• Proven ability to manage production schedules, demand planning, and inventory levels
• Experience supporting assembly, testing, and supply chain coordination
• Background working cross-functionally with procurement, engineering, and production teams
• Strong proficiency in Excel (forecasting, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Knowledge of capacity planning, lead times, and BOM management
• Solid understanding of Lean/continuous improvement principles
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience: 3–5+ years of production planning in electronics or manufacturing

Skills

• Proficiency in Excel (forecasting, pivot tables, data analysis)
• MRP/ERP systems experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
