- Manage production schedules, demand planning, and inventory levels
- Support assembly, testing, and supply chain coordination
- Work cross-functionally with procurement, engineering, and production teams
- Balance production demand, material availability, and deadlines
- Implement and promote Lean/continuous improvement principles
- Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of production planning in electronics or manufacturing
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems
- Proven ability to manage production schedules, demand planning, and inventory levels
- Experience supporting assembly, testing, and supply chain coordination
- Background working cross-functionally with procurement, engineering, and production teams
- Strong proficiency in Excel (forecasting, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Knowledge of capacity planning, lead times, and BOM management
- Solid understanding of Lean/continuous improvement principles
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Experience: 3–5+ years of production planning in electronics or manufacturing
Skills
- Proficiency in Excel (forecasting, pivot tables, data analysis)
- MRP/ERP systems experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
