About the role
Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demand, optimize equipment, labor, and inventory utilization, and ensure on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
- Create production plans considering manufacturing constraints and outages
- Monitor inventory levels
- Coordinate operations across departments
- Issue production orders
- Generate routine reports
- Analyze delays
- Support MES and planning tools like SIMIO
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in business, engineering, logistics, or production planning
- APICS certification
- Knowledge of planning/scheduling concepts, manufacturing processes, and computer applications
