Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain production plans to meet customer delivery schedules.
• Cook up with schedulers, customer service, and production teams to balance capacity and demand.
• Analyze inventory levels, material availability, and resource constraints.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks to timely production.
• Recommend process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production plans, schedules, and materials usage.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production planning or manufacturing coordination experience.
• Experience in concrete, construction, or related manufacturing preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and production planning software.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor or Associate Degree preferred.

Skills

• Production planning or manufacturing coordination experience.
• Concrete, construction, or related manufacturing experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• ERP systems and production planning software proficiency.
• Communication and collaboration skills.
• Fast-paced, changing environment adaptability.
• Manufacturing processes and material flow knowledge.
