Production Planner (1st Shift)

About the role

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Production Planner to join our dynamic team. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of warehouse experience, along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Analyze & Adjust – Track trends, make real-time adjustments, and optimize inventory.
• Resolve & Improve – Boost fill rates and streamline operational flow with leadership.
• Customer Service – Handle escalations and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Communicate & Lead – Guide teams, set daily goals, and monitor performance.
• Yard Management – Oversee trailer moves with the yard spotter to ensure on-schedule operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years of warehouse experience.
• Strong communication skills, especially with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Tech-savvy, skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Problem-solving ability, able to analyze data and make smart decisions.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with process automation or advanced communication tools is a plus.

Pay

Pay Range: $57K - $72K
