Production Plan Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Cook up daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
  • Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and timely production.
  • Maintain accurate production data and reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation of production planning processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in production planning or coordination within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production scheduling principles and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and production planning software to manage schedules and data.
  • Ability to analyze production data and adjust plans to optimize workflow and meet delivery commitments.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes and cross-functional collaboration to resolve production issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or PeopleSoft.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
