Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch Work with the lead agent to guide their clients to homesProvide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteriaWrite and negotiate offers on behalf of the lead agent and clientsLead generate a minimum of 10 hours a weekFollow up with assigned leads, track activity, and perform follow up Participate in weekly script practice per team standardsParticipate in team activities per team standardsCommit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner CallTrack tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Qualifications Enjoy working with people and building strong professional relationshipsBring a positive, supportive attitude and a genuine desire to help clientsMotivated to grow your real estate business and develop your leadership skillsWillingness to be accountable to your goals Open to learning, coaching, and feedbackAmbitious and have a track record of following through on goalsAbility to understand clients’ needs and preferences and help them find the right homeAre comfortable driving throughout the area to meet clients and tour propertiesHave a high school diploma or equivalentHold an active real estate license Compensation $60,000 - $100,000 USD Yearly This is a commission based position.
