Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch and complete Buyer Certification (part of Launch graduation)
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria, listing alerts and/or market reports
• Manage Listings and run Buyer Showings
• Run Open Houses
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in personal production using "A Day in the Life" agent standard in addition to lead Agent support tasks
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology and maintain personal and lead agent database management/organization
