Production Operators Needed / Print & Mail Services

About the Role

We are seeking experienced operators for the following equipment:

• Mail Inserters
• Print Machines
• Multi-Line Optical Character Reader (MLOCR) lines

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment is set up correctly and manned with a competent workforce.
• Oversee machine processing on multiple lines.
• Manage quality assurance measures, including spot-checking of tray labeling, strapping, and cage placards.
• Provide complete and accurate VAR documentation to the USPS acceptance clerk.
• Meet processing schedules for timely truck pick-ups.
• Follow other job-related instructions as requested by the Presort Supervisor.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the Presort Supervisor.
• Ability to give clear instructions and ensure they are followed.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of USPS rules, regulations, and procedures is a plus.
