About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and energetic candidates to join our team at our Mountaintop, PA manufacturing facility. Positions are available on all shifts for the following roles:
- Powder Coat Load/Unload (Packer) - 2nd and 4F Shift
- Lift 0-50 lbs parts on a repetitive basis
- Load conveyor system, maximizing available square footage of the line
- Unload and correctly tag product
- Transport product to the proper department after coating
- Folder Operator (Machine Operator) - 1st Shift
- Work with computer programs to properly bend sheet metal
- Form square hoods to exact specifications on shop sheets
- Apply proper cutouts to sheet metal
- Measure to ensure correct length and width
- Move product to the packing area
- Guide Assembly (Assembler) - 1st Shift
- Ensure correct bolt types are used on each job
- Use guide gap tool to adjust guides as needed
- Supply brushes and weather strips as required
- Verify angles are of proper material and/or color
- Safely operate overhead crane to move product to and from work tables
Schedule
- 1st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
- 4F Shift (Fri-Sat-Sunday): 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
- 4M Shift (Sat-Sun-Monday): 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
Pay
Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $23.69 per hour, with an additional shift differential of $1.50/hour for 2nd or 3rd shift and $2.00/hour for 4th shift.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work at a quick pace
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility (preferred)
- Ability to understand, interpret, and utilize blueprints/drawings
- Proficiency in using hand tools and reading a tape measure accurately
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to meet safety, production, and quality standards
