Production Operators and Fabricator positions
About the role
We are seeking outstanding, highly motivated and energetic candidates to join our growing team on all shifts at our Mountaintop, PA Manufacturing Facility.
Responsibilities
- Shaft Assembly (Fabricator): Assemble and mark pipe according to shop sheets, drill pipe, grease spring and place in pipe, weld gear ends and fasten.
- C20 Bottom Bar (Fabricator): Use of Punch machine, Band saw, Mill machine, Chop Saw, and tack weld side handles and Bottom Bars.
- Guide Prep (Fabricator): Mig welding, tapping holes in drilled out tubes and interlock plates, grind down welds to a smooth and durable finish, form bell mouths, weld on wind locks, and drill tube holes as required.
- Grille Guides (Fabricator): Pack aluminum guides, make material pulls, and update schedule on computer.
- Powder Coat (Packager): Load conveyor system maximizing available sq. footage of the line, perform and record thickness test, and fill out ISO Tags and update computer schedule.
- Vertistack (Fabricator): Bead weld different thicknesses of material, weld and assemble, and operate Drill Press, Grinds, Saws.
- Guide Prep (Fabricator II): Mig Welding required, tapping holes in drilled out tubes and interlock plates, form bell mouths, weld on wind locks, and drill tube holes as required.
- Hood Packing (Packager): Place all product needed to complete a job into a box, print labels, sign final inspection of ISO Tags, and use bander and staple gun to secure boxes.
- Guide Assembly (Assembler): Ensure correct bolt types are used on each job, use of guide gap tool to adjust guide as needed, and ensure any brush/weather strip is supplied as required.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must possess a High School diploma, must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and have the ability to work at a quick pace. Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility, understanding and interpreting blueprints/drawings, ability to use hand tools and read a tape measure with accuracy, and computer knowledge are also required.
Benefits
We offer a starting wage of $20.00 to $23.00, with an additional shift differential of $1.50/hour for working 2nd or 3rd shift and $2.00/hour for 4th shift. Our shifts include: 1st Shift (7:00 am to 3:00 pm), 2nd Shift (3:00 pm to 11:00 pm), 3rd Shift (11:00 pm to 7:00 am), 4F Shift (Fri-Sat-Sunday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm), and 4M Shift (Sat-Sun-Monday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm).
