Production Operator - Weekday Nights

About the role

We are seeking dependable Production Operators to assemble and test electric meters and related components in a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment with a strong focus on quality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment.
• Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform basic wiring, soldering, and component placement as required.
• Conduct visual inspections and functional testing to ensure product quality.
• Record production and test data accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety guidelines.
• Communicate equipment issues or material shortages to supervisors.

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams.
• Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–35 lbs.

Schedule

Sunday through Wednesday, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM (overtime as needed).
