Responsibilities
- Develop your skill set while training in multiple production roles across the factory.
- Work collaboratively to support smooth operations across our processes.
- Conduct general sanitation activities including being trained in emptying hoppers and baler.
- Run reports and manage data using computer-based technology.
- Troubleshoot equipment, process, or product problems.
- Maintain knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts, 5S practices, and continuous improvement operations.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- One to two years of experience in a manufacturing environment as a production or machine operator.

- Starting pay of $25.78/hour for the introductory period, with an increase to $29.56/hour after 6 months.
- After one year of service, you will receive the bid rate for the job you are performing, which can start at $38.03/hour and has the potential to be higher.

Pay
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $25.78 per hour for Production Operator. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
Schedule
This position requires the ability to work 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts, as well as extensive overtime.
